By registering for or using BillShree at billshree.in (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

BillShree is a GST billing and invoicing tool for small businesses in India. We provide a free plan and a paid Pro plan. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to create invoices you are not authorized to issue.

3. Free plan and advertising

The Free plan is offered free of charge. To support the Free plan, we may display third-party advertising served by Google AdSense on some pages to Free plan users. Pro plan users do not see these advertisements from us. The Service remains free for you to create and download your GST-compliant invoices.

4. Pro plan and payments

Pro plan fees are billed as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Your data

Your invoice, customer, and item data belongs to you. We process it only to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt the Service, or to scrape data beyond the normal operation of the product.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and GST compliance.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law.
